Diverse Learners Tutoring, based in Vancouver, offers global in-person and remote support for students with learning disabilities. Founded in 2023, they sought a professional brand identity and intuitive website to connect with families worldwide. This project created a cohesive brand identity and accessible site to reflect their mission of empowering every student.
empowering learning differences
The client sought to elevate their brand with a professional yet approachable identity that would resonate with both students and their parents. Given the sensitivity of their target audience, we aimed for a visual language that is warm, inviting, and trustworthy, while maintaining a polished, credible appearance. For the website, the primary focus was usability—creating a layout that is clear, easy to navigate, and accessible for parents who may not be tech-savvy.

adaptive logo suite
For the logo suite, we wanted something that looks modern, simple, and easily legible, while keeping it fun so that it resonates with parents.
The client loved the idea of incorporating mascots and making it a more pictorial logo. The final mascots are made up of the shape of the letters, “D,” “V,” “R,” and “S.” “DVRS” comes from “Diverse” and represents the diversity and uniqueness in each and every single student.
We also went with a clean geometric font with fluid lines to represent the flexibility and personalized approach to their tutoring style.
the 4 mascots !
Expanding from the logo, the 4 mascots are meaningful and thoughtful as they represent 4 common learning differences within children amongst many others.
